- Mr Nethononda was born on the 1st of March 1992, in the rural area of Tshino, Limpopo Province;
- He matriculated in the year 2009 with a Bachelors University admission entry at Marude Secondary School, a school situated at Thohoyandou, adjacent the University of Venda
- In the year 2010, He enrolled for his undergraduate LLB degree at the University of Venda;
- During his tenure at the University of Venda, Mr Nethononda held various portfolios by virtue of being a member of the Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter.
- He was also a mentor of High School leaners who participated in the National Moot’s Court Competition;
- Mr Nethononda completed his LLB degree in the year 2014.

- In the year 2015, Mr. Nethononda went to attend the PLT Training at Polokwane School for Legal Practice from January 2015-June 2015
- At Law School, Mr Nethononda was the Chairperson of the student Representative Council.
- He did not lead from the side lines, however lead academically, wherein during the awards ceremony, Mr Nethononda was the best student in the following subjects:

Sinthumule 'Maipfi' Nduvho
Nduvho graduated with an LLB degree in 2019 from the University of Venda After she completed Law School, She joined Harman Nethononda Attorneys, Notaries & Conveyancers for her Articles of Clerkship (Practical Vocational Training) in 2020. She is exposed to General Litigation, Labour matters and she also assists our Notary & Conveyancer at the Deeds Office.
Anza Lorence Mugubi
He jouned the firm in 2018 as an administrator. He is responsible foe office admin and reception. Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form. Proper filling of files by each division, Civil, Notarial files, Conveyancing, Criminal, etc Dealing with quiries on the phone and email. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms / board room arranging travels and accommodation.
