Harman Nethononda Attorneys Incorporated
The name of the company is HARMAN NETHONONDA ATTORNEYS INCORPORATED, with registration No. 2017/302459/21 trading as a firm of Attorneys.
Mr Nethononda joined the South African Human Rights Commission as a Legal Intern from in 2015. He dealt with Human Rights Issues affecting the people of South Africa. He thereafter occupied positions of a Legal Consultant in Limpopo (Polokwane) and North West (Rustenburg) Provincial Offices respectively.
In January 2016, Mr Nethononda joined Director Makhafola Attorneys Inc. law firm with intention of serving articles. Articles were served for a period of 1 year wherein Mr Nethononda was subsequently admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 10th of March 2017 and thereafter as Notary Public and Conveyancer of the High Court.
The practice was established on the 1st of July 2017 by the founder and the only Director, Mr. PFANO HARMAN NETHONONDA an admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public & Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. Mr Nethononda is also an instructor at the School for Legal Practice, Polokwane.

As a black law firm, it has been very difficult to establish our presence, however; we have at-least establish a loyal client portfolio and we aim to expand to a more broad-based clientele in order to increase our financial stability. We have maintained a good credit rating and further strive to reduce our debt in order to expand our infrastructure and resources. Our office furniture and equipment including software and security have been fully paid off.

The firm is 100% black owned and aims to retain and expand significant, meaningful ownership, control and operational involvement by previously disadvantaged persons.
- Affirmative human resources development strategies
The firm aims to implement strategies to achieve the placement and development of credible and skilled previously disadvantaged persons into positions of employment and leadership in the practice, to translate empowerment into action.
- Affirmative procurement policy
To implement guidelines that will ensure the maximum sourcing of goods and services of affirmative Business Enterprises and small and medium enterprises.
Our firm is still ill in its infantry stage; it is part of our strategic planning to employ 3 (three) female candidate attorneys as and when the firm expands sufficiently. We have employed (one) female support staff on permanent basis and we shall be enhancing her expertise and skills through further training courses.
